Satisfaction Survey

Listening to the views and opinions of our tenants, leaseholders and shared owners is very important to us and our 2024/25 survey is a chance to tell us what you think about the housing services you receive from us. Taking part in this survey will only take five minutes.

is part of the government’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Every year all social housing landlords must publish a range of standard customer satisfaction information which include some of the results from this survey.

We’ve asked an independent research company called ARP Research to carry out the survey on our behalf. Anything that you say on the survey is confidential, which means that it will not be possible for any person or address to be identified from the eventual survey findings.
