Personal Information

Personal information means any information that could identify you such as your name, address, e-mail, phone number etc. We only hold the minimum personal information required for the administration and analysis of the survey. All views and opinions that participants in a survey give us are pseudonymised unless you give us your express consent to do otherwise. This means that they are only linked to you by a unique identifier.

Any personally identifiable data either collected during the course of the survey or processed on the behalf of our client for the administration or analysis of the survey, will be destroyed upon completion of the project, or sooner if you request us to do so.

We process your data under the terms of written agreements with our clients on the legal basis of legitimate interest market research purposes.

You have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to do the following:

  • Object to processing of your data;
  • To port data;
  • To erase your data;
  • To restrict processing of your data;

Security of your personal data

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256-bit encryption. Encryption is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address or status bar of your browser.
