As a leaseholder of a flat in a council building, your views are really important to us and this is your chance to say what you think of the key housing services we provide. We are running a survey to help us help us identify which services we need to improve to meet your expectations.

We would very much appreciate your help. By completing the survey you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw, with a chance of winning up to £75 in shopping vouchers.

We’ve asked an independent research company called ARP Research to carry out the survey on our behalf. Anything that you say on the survey is confidential, which means that it will not be possible for any person or address to be identified from the eventual survey findings.
