Your views are really important to us and our 2017 survey is a chance to tell us what you think about your home and the services that we provide as your landlord. We will use the results of this survey to compare our performance against other landlords, and most importantly, to understand residents requirements and use your views to re-shape services and improve resident satisfaction.

The survey is being carried out on behalf of Luton Borough Council Housing Services by an independent specialist called ARP Research Limited. Anything that you say on the survey is confidential; it will be used to look at the overall trends in customer satisfaction.
