Housing Survey

It is very important for us to listen to our tenants and leaseholders, and you can make a real difference by telling us your views and opinions on the services you receive from us in the 2022 resident satisfaction survey.

This survey takes place every two years and we will use the results to plan service improvements. We will alsopublish a summary of the results to all our tenants and leaseholders. This year’s survey will also feature a question about the council’s commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.
