Listening to the views of our tenants is very important to us, so the 2024 satisfaction survey is your chance to make a difference by telling us what you think.

This is part of the government’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Every year all social housing landlords must publish a range of standard customer satisfaction information which will include some of the results from this survey.

By taking only five minutes to complete the survey you can enter the free prize draw, with a chance to win one of 1x £150, 1x £50 and 1x £25 prizes in shopping vouchers!
